Snow date is Tuesday, February, 11, 2020, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Food will not be provided. Ample parking is available at the facility.

Objectives for the tabletop exercise include:

  1. Increase awareness of plans to administer vaccines to CIS during an influenza pandemic.

  2. Assess plans to activate and set-up the CIS vaccine administration location.

  3. Assess plans to store and secure vaccine at the CIS dispensing location.

  4. Assess procedures for notifying and assembling vaccine administration staff and volunteers.

  5. Assess workability of procedures to notify eligible CIS of vaccine availability.

  6. Identify next steps for planning for CIS vaccine administration.

This exercise is intended for participants from the communities of Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Burlington, Hingham, Lexington, Newton, Watertown, or Woburn.
